JEE Main 2027 kab hoga — when are the exam dates?

NTA usually announces JEE Main Session 1 (January) and Session 2 (April) dates in the information bulletin released around October. Session 1 typically runs in the last week of January and Session 2 in early-to-mid April. Always confirm the live schedule on the official portal — dates change every cycle.

How does the two-session system work, and which score counts?

JEE Main is held in two sessions each year. Your best percentile across the two sessions is used for ranking and JEE Advanced eligibility. You can sit both sessions — there is no penalty for improving your score in Session 2.

Top 2.5 lakh mein aane ke baad kya hota hai — what happens after qualifying for JEE Advanced?

After the JEE Main result, NTA releases category-wise qualifying cutoffs. Candidates within the top 2,50,000 across all categories may register for JEE Advanced. After Advanced, IIT admissions flow through JoSAA counselling. NIT, IIIT, and GFTI seats also open through JoSAA after the Advanced result.
